We do this to keep our costs low and our quality high by working with suppliers who can produce items quickly for us when they're ordered by you. For this reason, we want to guarantee the quality of your item. If it arrives damaged, or with a defect, we'll offer you a no-cost replacement, or a full refund! Because we are a made-to-order business, refunds and replacements can only be processed for damaged or defective items. We appreciate you supporting our small business!
